    Atlantis is still going through it’s banking maneuvers to slow down from its current speed of Mach 18. The shuttle’s heat shield is curently experiencing heat of 2,900 degrees F. There will be an expected 2.5 minute blackout period starting in a few seconds which will cut out communication.
